Dr. Roni Pandiangan, S.H., M.H. with more than 16 years of experience running law firms. He graduated from Faculty of Law (S.H.) Christian University of Indonesia and earned his Master of Law (M.H.) from University of Indonesia; and attained his Doctor of Law (Dr.) from Jaya Baya University.

Roni has solid experiences in handling judicial and non-judicial settlement, general litigation in criminal and civil cases, corporate litigation, and Labor dispute settlement. He is also a qualified Receiver and Administrator. Roni is a member of the Indonesia Advocate Association (PERADI). Roni was a founding partner at JW & Partners Law Office established in 2016.

Roni handles a number of critical legal cases such as in charge of representing the Clients in court hearing process for any level court settlement from District Court (General District Court, Administrative Court, Industrial Relation Court and Commercial Court) until Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia. He also represents and/or accompanies clients in investigation process in Police Office of Republic of Indonesia, Immigration Office, Manpower Office, and any other institutions. Roni also appeared before the Corruption Court (Pengadilan Tipikor).

Graduated from the Faculty of Law from the University of Indonesia, majoring the International Law, Mario has more than two decades of law experiences and strong capabilities in labor and immigration plus multiple areas, particularly in acquisition, company establishment, restructuring, litigation, intellectual property and general corporate, in the sector of banking and finance, capital market, oil and gas, mining and plantation. His forte is to analyse a problem and provide effective solution, which is essential to the firm.

His past experience in major international affiliated law firms (JIFO, NSMP, APEX Law Korea, HPRP, Cemby & Avriline,Kemalsjah Cemby & Avriline) as lawyer and Partner, corporate industrial relations experience (PT Siemens Indonesia) and Secretary of the Indonesian Intellectual Property Society was the foundation of his expertise and successes.

Mario is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI), a member of the Indonesian Society of Human Resource Management (Perhimpunan Manager Sumberdaya Manusia – PMSM Indonesia) Indonesian Chambers of Commerce (KADIN), legal counsel for Indonesian Bowling Association (PBI).

Sutejo has more than 21 years of experience in resolving civil, criminal and Intellectual Property (IP) disputes. Sutejo was once an Associate at the Ihza-Ihza Law Firm, Lukman Amalia Law Firm and as a Senior Associate at the Soemadipradja & Taher Advocates office. During his career at a large law firm in Jakarta, Sutejo has often handled national and international litigation cases.

Obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2001, Sutejo continue his Master's degree (Master of Laws) majoring in Intellectual Property Rights from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2012 with a Cum Laude predicate. Dr. Budi Sulistyo, MBA. CDCS.

Dr. Budi Sulistyo, MBA., CDCS., serves as an advisor in the firm, especially in banking transaction related industry. He received his Ph.D. from Jakarta State University, and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. He holds Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) and Certificate in International Trade Finance from IFS School London and ICC Paris.

Has more than 30 years of experience in banking industry, he has worked in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Mr. Sulistyo has five years in treasury department especially in foreign exchange and Assets and Liabilities Management, five years in trade finance department, especially in technical supervision of settlement and checking document and guarantee. Skilled in branch and customer consulting with regards to both treasury product and trade finance documents. He also experienced in conduct training for Treasury product, Assets Liabilities Management, Corporate Finance, Trade finance. Mr. Sulistyo is also a lecturer at Indonesia Banking School (IBS), Indonesia Christian University, teaching banking and finance related subjects. His hobby’s among others are as gems collector and admirer. He also enjoyreading.

Drs. Henry Gultom, S.H., MPP.

Henry Gultom is a Senior Advisor, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs for U.S. Dairy Export Council. He is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience, having worked in international and regional organizations and the private sector in corporate affairs, policy, development cooperation, project management, talent management, and legal affairs.

Henry served as a Project Officer of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Funded Program in Indonesia on Provincial Development from 1979 to 1985 and was attached to the Ministry of Home Affairs of Indonesia. He served as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Assistant Resident Representative for Indonesia from 1985 to 1996. He managed the UNDP programs in agriculture, health, education, primary health care, income generation, water supply, and sanitation.

Subsequently, he headed Corporate Affairs at the ASEAN Secretariat from 1999 to 2013, providing strategic advice to the Secretary-General of ASEAN and leadership on talent and fund management, engagement with the Indonesian government (host country), and institutional development of the ASEAN Secretariat with the adoption of the ASEAN Charter in 2008.

Henry has served clients dealing with animal health, food, agriculture,and pharmaceutical industries, assisting them with their legal, regulatory, policy, and market access issues in Indonesia and ASEAN countries.

He holds a master’s in public policy degree from the National University of Singapore, a Law degree from the BhayangkaraUniversity in Jakarta, and a Bachelor of Management degree from the National University in Jakarta. In addition, he is a licensed advocate and solicitor in Indonesia.

In his more than three decades career, he has established strategic working relationships with key government institutions in Indonesia.This includes the foreign affairs, trade, agriculture, and health ministries and the president’s cabinet. He has also worked with industry associations such as the US-ASEAN Business Council, and AmCham-Indonesia etc.

Henry has good ties with the ASEAN government authorities and networks with multilateral agencies such as AusAID, GTZ/GIZ, EU, USAID, UNDP, ADB, JICA, and the World Bank.

Dr. Nur Hakim is a highly experienced legal practitioner with extensive expertise in corporate law, capital markets, taxation, and bankruptcy matters. He earned his Doctorate in Business Law from Universitas Jayabaya, a Master of Law from Universitas Pancasila, and a Bachelor of Law from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945.

He is a registered Capital Market Legal Consultant with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and holds memberships in various professional organizations, including the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM), the Indonesian Association of Legal Auditors, and the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (IKAPI).

Throughout his career, Dr. Nur Hakim has been actively involved in a wide range of legal services, including corporate advisory, legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, licensing, employment matters, and dispute resolution. He is a licensed advocate and a registered Capital Market Legal Consultant with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), as well as a licensed financial market supporting legal consultant with Bank Indonesia. He also holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Mediator, Certified Data Protection Officer, Certified Tax Attorney, and Certified Mining Attorney, reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise.

Throughout his career, Hersapta has been actively involved in a broad spectrum of legal services, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, capital market transactions, compliance, and corporate governance. His experience spans various industries, such as mining, real estate, hospitality, renewable energy, and emerging technology sectors.
